Genuine Hardwork,
Just Done Right

Serving NYC Commercially and Residentially for Over 20 Years

Genuine Hardwork, Just Done Right

About Us

We renovate residential and commercial spaces — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, office build-outs, retail fit-outs, full gut jobs. Whether it's a homeowner tired of a kitchen that doesn't work, or a business that needs a space ready to open on schedule, the job is the same: get it done right, on time, without surprises.

We handle the whole process — demo & build — so you're not stuck coordinating five different contractors or chasing down subs. We work on everything from single-family renovations to multi-unit commercial spaces in New York. Residential or commercial, the standard doesn't change.

Testimonials

"They redid our kitchen and main bathroom over about six weeks. What stood out was communication — every time something came up, they called before just doing it. No surprise charges at the end either."

-GHJ Customer

"We hired them to renovate our restaurant space before opening. They worked around our deadline and the electrical and plumbing passed inspection on the first try. That alone saved us weeks."

-GHJ Customer

"Used them for a basement renovation last year. The crew was on time every day, which honestly surprised me after some past experiences with contractors. Would use them again for our next project."

How It Works

Our Process Simplified

Inquiry & Consultation

  • Initial contact — client reaches out via phone/form/email describing what they want done.

  • Site visit — you (or an estimator) walk the space, take measurements, photos, notes on existing conditions (electrical, plumbing, structural issues).

  • Scope discussion — talk through what they actually need vs. want, budget range, timeline expectations.

  • Proposal/estimate — written estimate with scope, rough cost range, and timeline. This is where you set realistic expectations, not just sell the job.

Planning & Execution

  • Scheduling — crew, subs (electrician, plumber), and material delivery timed out.

  • Demo & build — the actual work, with regular check-ins (weekly or at major milestones) so the client isn't left wondering what's happening.

  • Change management — if something comes up it's flagged and priced before it's done, not after.

Completion & Handoff

  • Final walkthrough — go through the space together, flag anything that needs touch-up.

  • Punch list — small fixes addressed before calling it done, not weeks later.

  • Cleanup — site left clean, not just "work complete."

  • Follow-up — a check-in some weeks later

Our Values

Transparency

No surprise costs, no vague timelines. If something changes — price, schedule, scope — the client hears it from us before it happens, not after.

Reliabilty

What we promise is what we deliver — no excuses, no disappearing acts, no leaving a job half-finished.

Craft

We don't take shortcuts to hit a deadline or pad a margin. The work has to hold up — structurally and visually. You get what you paid for.

Respect

Whether it's someone's home or a business trying to stay open, we treat the site like it matters: clean job sites, minimal disruption, careful with what's already there - like it's our own.
